Does anybody have any advice as to why I can't overclock my CPU and how this might be effecting FPS performance while gaming? Any help is appreciated. I have also tried setting my base clock to 36 (36 x 100MHz) but HWMonitor still reads it as 1200MHz once I load Windows 10.
I have looked into my BIOS and made sure all of my overclock settings are set to auto. My issue is, when I run cinebench, my clock speed (as listed by HWMonitor) is only 1200MHz while under 100% load.
